广泛肿块切除术与乳腺局部肿块切除术治疗乳腺叶状肿瘤的效果比较

Abstract Objective To explore the effect between extensive lumpectomy and local lumpectomy for phyllodes tumor of breast.Methods A total of 100 patients with phyllodes tumor of breast admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to May 2013 were selected as the research objects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with extensive lumpectomy,while patients in the control group were treated with local lumpectomy.The limb function (flexion,extension,internal rotation,abduction,external rotation,touch height) of the affected side 1 year after operation,disease recurrence rate and survival rate 5 years after operation were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant difference in muscle strength,flexion,extension and pronation between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).The abduction degree,abduction degree and touch height of the affected limb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The disease recurrence rate in the observation group (12.0%) was compared with that in the control group (14.0%) at 5 years after operation,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The 5-year survival rate of the observation group(12.0%) was not statistically significant compared with that of the control group (10.0%) (P>0.05).ConclusionIn the treatment of breast phyllodes tumor,extensive lumpectomy has a better prognosis than local lumpectomy,which is worthy of clinical application.
