康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫运动功能障碍的可行性分析

Abstract objectiveTo analyze the feasibility of rehabilitation training for motor dysfunction of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Fifty children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into observation group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,while the observation group was treated with rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The ADL score,GMFM score,WeeFIM score and clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The ADL score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The GMFM score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The WeeFIM score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training can improve the daily living ability,functional independence and gross motor function of children with motor dysfunction of cerebral palsy.It has a definite therapeutic effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
