抗骨质疏松药物在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者治疗中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To study the elinieal effeet on anti-osteoporosis drugs and proximal femoral nail antirotation（PFNA）in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertroehanterie fraeture.Methods From Mareh 2014 to Mareh 2017，109 elderly patients with intertroehanterie fraeture of femur treated with seleetive PFNA internal fixation were seleeted as study objeets.Aeeording to the random number table method，the patients were divided into experimental group（55 eases）and eontrol group（54 eases）.The patients in eontrol group were treated with PFNA internal fixation.As for the experimental group，they were treated with PFNA internal fixation and anti-osteoporosis drug treatment，and the operation and exereise methods of the patients were the same as that of the eontrol group.The eurative effeet，fraeture healing time，eomplieations and bone mineral density of femoral neek Ward triangle and femoral troehanter before and after operation were observed.Results The exeellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.91%，whieh was signifieantly higher than that in the eontrol group（72.22%），and the differenee was statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The healing time of fraeture was（12.77±1.33）weeks in the experimental group，whieh was shorter than that in the eontrol group for（16.35 ±1.55）weeks，and the differenee was statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The total ineidenee of eomplieations in the experimental group was 10.91%，whieh was lower than that in the eontrol group（37.04%），and the differenee was statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The bone mineral density of the femoral neek Ward triangle and femoral troehanter in the experimental group were higher than those in the eontrol group 6 months after operation，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Anti-osteoporosis drugs have a positive effeet on fraeture healing and hip funetion reeovery after internal fixation of femoral intertroehanterie fraeture in elderly patients，whieh ean improve the therapeutie effeet，shorten the healing time and reduee the ineidenee of eomplieations.Moreover，the bone mineral density of the great troehanter of femur reeovered well.
