| Application result high quality nursing in patients with senile cerebral infarction |

Abstract Objective To study the quality of nursing service mode in the application of senile cerebral infarction care effect.Methods A total of 82 cases of senile cerebral infarction hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017,were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was based on this,was given high quality nursing service,the two groups before and after the simple mental state examination scale(MMSE),national inistitute of health strolce scale(NIHSS),ADL and quality of life score were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of ADL and NIHSS between the two groups(P＞0.05）.After nursing,the ADL score and MMSE score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05）,and the NIHSS scores were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05）.The quality of life,health,mental support,activity）scores and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.56%)was higher than that of the control group(82.93%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=8.65,P<0.05).Conclusion According to the elderly patients with cerebral infarction,the high quality nursing service model can significantly improve their daily life,cognitive and neurological ability,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and the clinical application is of high value.
