产前护理在改善产妇瘢痕子宫阴道分娩结局中的作用

Abstract Objective To study the effect of prenatal care on improving the outcome of vaginal delivery in women with scarred uterus.Methods Sixty puerperae with scarred uterus via vaginal delivery in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Xinfeng County from January to August 2017 were selected as the study subjects.By a random number table method,they were equally divided into control group and observation group.In the control group,routine nursing mode was used,while in the observation group,prenatal comprehensive nursing intervention was adopted.The scores of anxiety and depression,nursing satisfaction score,maternal delivery,maternal pregnancy outcome,2 h amount of bleeding,24 h amount of bleeding and the incidence of complications were compared.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group,the natural delivery rate was higher than that of the control group,the normal rate of vital signs in pregnant women and fetus was higher than that of the control group,the 2 h and 24 h amount of bleeding were both lesser than those in the control group,in the observation group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences mentioned above all displayed statistical significance(P<0.05）.Conclusion Prenatal comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the adverse psychological status of women with scar uterus before delivery,shorten the labor process,reduce the cesarean section rate,the risk of maternal delivery,and the postpartum hemorrhage and complications,which meets the patient′s care and has a high clinical promotion value.
