药物联合辅助治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of drug in combination as an adjuvant therapy in children with severe pneumonia.MethodsFrom April 2015 to April 2017,the clinical data of 80 children with severe pneumonia in our hospital were statistically analyzed.According to the different therapeutic methods,these childrens were evenly divided into routine treatment group and routine treatment combined with Dopamine and Phentolamine group(adjuvant therapy group).The clinical efficacy,duration of main clinical manifestations,hospital stay,and incidence of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed.ResultsIn the adjuvant therapy group,the total effectiveness rate was 95.0%,which was greatly higher than that in routine treatment group accounting for 82.5%(P＜0.05).The duration of fever,cough,dyspnea,and lung rale,and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the routine treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.5%in the adjuvant treatment group and 5.0%in the conventional treatment group,which was not displayed a significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).ConclusionThe effect of dopamine combined with phentolamine in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children is remarkable with few adverse reactions，worthy of clinical application.
