精细化护理对311准分子激光治疗白癜风患儿的干预效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of meticulous nursing intervention on children with vitiligo treated by 311 excimer laser.Methods A total of 90 cases of vitiligo with 311 excimer laser admitted from March 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital were divided into the control group(n=44)and the observation group (n=46)according to the random number table method,the control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated meticulous nursing.The treatment effect of 311 excimer laser for vitiligo,bad emotional change and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.5%,which was significantly higher than 77.3%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.After treatment,the SDS score(self-rating depression scale)and SAS score(self-rating anxiety scale)of the children in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.The total incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 2.2%,which was significantly lower than 15.9%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion Meticulous nursing intervention can effectively improve the effect of 311 excimer laser treatment,improve the bad mood and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction.
