超声引导下面神经阻滞治疗面部神经痛的效果研究

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect and value of ultrasound-guided nerve block in the treatment of pain.Methods Eighty patients with facial neuralgia admitted to our hospital from November 2014 to November 2017 were selected as the subjects,and divided into observation group and reference group according to the treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.In the observation group,ultrasound-guided nerve block therapy was performed,and in the reference group,conventional nerve block was used.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The success rate of block in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).The time consumption in the observation group was shorter than that in the reference group,and depth of needle insertion in the observation group was less than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The NRS scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the NRS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionUltrasound-guided nerve block therapy is simple in the treatment of pain with a high success rate of block,safe and effective.
