早期护理干预在重型颅脑损伤患者应激性溃疡出血预防中的应用价值

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the value of early nursing intervention in prevention of stress ulcer bleeding in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.MethodsFrom August 2015 to June 2016,128 cases of severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital were studied,the patients were randomly divided into observation group of 68 cases and 60 cases in the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given early nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients with stress ulcer bleeding and nursing satisfaction.ResultsThe incidence rate of stress ulcer bleeding in the observation group patients was 11.76%,the incidence rate in the control group patients was 55.00%,the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The patients′nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was 97.05%;the patients′nursing satisfaction rate in the control group was 65.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionEarly nursing intervention is effective in the prevention of stress ulcer bleeding in patients with severe traumatic brain injury,and has high nursing satisfaction,and has practical value.
