腹腔镜与开腹胆囊切除术对胆囊结石患者相关生化指标的影响

Abstract Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy on the biochemical indexes of patients with gallstones.Methods From July 2016 to July 2017,90 patients with gallstones admitted to People′s Hospital of Jishui County in Jiangxi Province were studied.After obtaining the patients′consent,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given open surgery.The observation group was given for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The blood parameters(including WBC and neutrophils),liver function indexes(including GGT,ALT,TBIL,AST,and CRP)and immunoglobulins(including IgG,IgM,and IgA)of the two groups were detected and compared.Two groups of postoperative fatigue scores were compared.Results The indexes of blood,liver function and immunoglobulin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,postoperative fatigue score index was significantly lower than that in the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with gallbladder stones has a smaller impact on the patients′biochemical parameters.The patients′degree of postoperative fatigue is low and it is an ideal surgical method.It is worthy of popularization and application.
