优质护理在老年性左半结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing in senile patients with left colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction.Methods From October 2015 to November 2016,150 senile patients with left colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group were treated with routine nursing and the patients in the control group were treated with high quality nursing.The application effect of nursing care was compared between the two groups.Results The complication incidence of patients in the observation group was 5.33%,it was lower than that in control group (16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the observation group,the postoperative indwelling catheter time [(157.01±32.02)h],the average time of bed activity [(79.11±23.01)h] and the fistula exhaust time [(62.10±10.32)h] were shorter than those of the control group [(306.12±35.16),(115.45±35.02),(85.17±20.16)h],the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion It is not only can improve the indexes by implementing high quality nursing for senile patients with left colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction,but also can prevent the occurrence of complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
