Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of application of personalized preoperative nursing visit in patients underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.MethodsAltogether 112 cases of patients under went gynecological laparoscopic surgery who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2016 were included in the study and divided into two groups(control group and observation group)according to the different nursing methods,with 56 cases in each group.The control group receivedroutine preoperative visit,and the observation group received personalized preoperative nursing visit.The patients′anxiety,compliance of doctor′s advice and satisfaction of treatment before and after nursing intervention were compared and analyzed between the two groups.ResultsThe anxiety score of observation group after nursing visit was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The excellence rate of patients′compliance of doctor′s advice of observation group was 100.00%,higher than that of control group(87.50%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the patients′satisfaction of preoperative nursing of observation group was 98.21%,significantly higher than that of control group(82.14%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of personalized preoperative nursing visit in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia can effectively relieve patients′preoperative anxiety,fear and other negative emotions,and improve patients′compliance of doctor′s advice and satisfaction of nursing work,which brings more safety.
