胎儿纤维连接蛋白检测在早产预测中的临床应用价值

Abstract Objective To observe the value of fetal fibronectin(fFN)detection in predicting premature delivery.Methods All the subjects were selected from pregnant women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic from January 2016 to January 2018 in our hospital and 218 were randomly selected.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect fFN levels in all pregnant women.According to fFN levels,they were divided into two groups.FFN levels≥50 as/ml were positive for fFN levels,and fFN levels＜50 as/ml were negative for fFN levels.A total of 48 pregnant women in the positive group and 170 pregnant women in the negative group were included.The incidence of preterm birth was compared between the two groups of fetuses,and the clinical predictive value of fFN levels for fetal preterm birth was analyzed.Results The results showed that the fertility rates of pregnant women with positive fFN levels group within 7 days,14 days,34 weeks,and 37 weeks were 8.33%,12.50%,16.67%,and 25.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of fFN levels.There was a significant difference in the data between the groups(0.00%,1.18%,4.71%,and 11.76%)(P＜0.05）.The sensitivity of the fFN index was 50.00%(30/60),the specificity was 88.61% (140/158),the accuracy was 77.98% (170/218),and the positive predictive value was 62.50%（30/48）.Conclusion In the prediction of premature birth,fFN detection has higher sensitivity and positive predictive value.It has higher use value in clinical practice and has the value of recommended application.
