多样性护理方式在糖尿病合并冠心病患者护理中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of application of diversified nursing in nursing care of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods Altogether 70 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to February 2018 were divided into the control groups and the observation group by using computer random coding,35 casea in each group.The control group was received routine nursing and the observation group was received diversified nursing, respectively.The changes of blood glucose and the quality of life at post-nursing three months were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the level of fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose before nursing(P＞0.05）.The level of post-nursing fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose at post-nursing two hours were (6.22±1.05)mmol/L and (8.56±1.12)mmol/L,which were lower than those of the control group([7.15±1.12]mmol/L and[10.54±1.24]mmol/L）,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05）.At post-nursing three months,the emotional function score,mental health score,activity score,social function score,body pain score,physical limitation score,physiological function score and total health score were(86.65±2.34),(85.52±2.01),(88.69±2.34),(87.58±1.13),(85.55±2.11),(86.64±2.30),(85.56±2.13)and(89.59±2.01)scores,higher than those of the control group （[73.26±2.26],[75.52±1.15],[74.58±2.31],[76.62±2.22],[73.35±2.010],[75.06±2.19],[74.59±2.11]and[(73.39±2.37]scores）,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05）.The level of post-nursing fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose at post-nursing two hours of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05）.Conclusion Diversified nursing can reduce the blood glucose level and improve the quality of life for diabetes mellitus patients complicated with coronary heart disease.
