ObjectiveTo explore the influence of Loxoprofen Sodium applied in different administration time on postoperative analgesia effect for patients undergoing dental implant restoration.Methods100 patients with dental implant repair treated in department of stomatology of our hospital from January 2014 to June 2017 were selected for study.According to the computer random number grouping method,100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and each group had 50 cases.All patients were treated with Loxoprofen Sodium analgesia in the treatment of implantation,while the control group receivedLoxoprofen Sodium after 3 hours the operation,and the observation group received Loxoprofen Sodium before 30 minutes operation.The pain score,the success rate of oral repair,anxiety score,comfort score and the total satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe pain score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 3 hours,6 hours and 12 hours operation(P＜0.05).The success rate of oral repair in the observation group was not statistically significant compared with the control group (P＞0.05).The preoperative and postoperative anxiety score in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The preoperative and postoperative comfort score were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe analgesic effect of Loxoprofen Sodium given before 30 min dental implant repair treatment for preemptive analgesia is better than that of postoperative analgesia and can relieve the pain and improve the comfort degree of patients and make patients more satisfied with the oral restoration effect.
