| Application effect of family-free nursing model in the Anorectal Department |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of family-free nursing model in the Anorectal Department.Methods A total of 60 anorectal patients admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects,and divided into nursing group 1 and nursing group 2 according to whether the patients were accompanied by their family members,each group consisted of 30 patients.Nursing group 1 was given the family-free nursing mode and nursing group 2 was given the routine nursing mode.The nursing quality,hospital infection,selfmanagement,nursing compliance and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The related nursing quality scores of patients in group 1 were significantly higher than those in group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of patients in group 1 was significantly higher than that in group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total accident rate of patients in nursing group 1 was significantly lower than that in nursing group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family-free nursing mode in anorectal department can significantly improve the patient's nursing compliance and reduce the incidence of adverse events,thus improving the patient's management behavior,improving the patient's nursing quality,ward management and hospital infection control.this method is worthy of application and promotion.
