结构化皮肤护理在预防大便失禁患者失禁性皮炎发生中的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of structured skin care in preventing incontinent dermatitis in fecal incontinence patients.Methods A total of 180 fecal incontinence patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing while the study group received structured skin nursing.The occurrence of incontinent dermatitis,pressure sores,satisfaction score,pain score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of incontinent dermatitis in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of pressure sores in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Structured skin care can significantly reduce the incidence of incontinent dermatitis,pressure sores and complications in fecal incontinence patients,significantly reduce the degree of pain in patients and improve patient satisfaction.
