护理评价会对胫腓骨骨折术后患者康复影响的临床研究

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of nursing evaluation meeting on the rehabilitation of patients with tibia and fibula fracture after operation.Methods From March 2016 to December 2017,60 postoperative rehabilitation patients with tibia and fibula fracture treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group evaluated the patients on the basis of the control group and organized responsible nurses to carry out nursing evaluation meetings.After 2 months of intervention,the rehabilitation status of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After nursing,the average hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the average daily hospitalization expense was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in Brathel index scores before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing,the Brathel index scores of the two groups of patients were higher than those before nursing,and the Brathel index scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the total satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing evaluation meeting can not only improve the quality of rehabilitation care management,but also promote the recovery of postoperative patients with tibial fractures.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
