改进PICC封管手法联合尿激酶封管在恶性肿瘤化疗间歇期中的应用价值

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of improving Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheters(PICC)sealing technique combined with urokinase sealing in the intermission of chemotherapy for malignant tumors.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 180 patients with malignant tumors treated with chemotherapy treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different sealing methods,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional sealing method while the observation group was given improved PICC sealing method combined with urokinase sealing method.The sealing effect of patients between the two groups was compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in coagulation system indexes between the two groups compared with those before the intervention(P>0.05).Moreover,there was no statistically significant difference in coagulation system index between the observation group and the control group after intervention (P>0.05).The incidence of tube blocking in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the number of tube blocking and treatment cost were both lower than those in the control group,the catheter usage time was longer than that in the control group,and the patient satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of improved PICC sealing technique combined with urokinase sealing in patients with intermittent chemotherapy for malignant tumors has no obvious influence on the coagulation system of the patients.It can reduce the incidence of pipe plugging,reduce the treatment cost,prolong the use time of catheters,and improve the nursing satisfaction score.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
