磷酸奥司他韦治疗乙型小儿流行性感冒的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Oseltamivir Phosphate in the treatment of children with influenza B.MethodsA total of 60 children with influenza B from October 2016 to October 2017 treated in the department of pediatrics of our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,while the observation group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,time of symptom improvement,level changes of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The improvement time of dry cough,the remission time of sore throat,the normal time of body temperature recovery and the time of treatment in the observation group after treatment were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of IFN-γ,IL-6 and TNF-α in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of IFN-γ,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group 5 d after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting between two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion The effect of Oseltamivir Phosphate in the treatment of infantile influenza B is significant,which is beneficial to the rapid improvement of symptoms,promoting the abatement of inflammation,shortening the time of treatment,and has high safety,with positive clinical significance.
