社区番泻叶制剂治疗儿童急性肾炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of community Senna preparation treating acute nephritis.Methods Sixty-eight children with acute nephritis admitted into our hospital from June 2015 to March 2017 were selected and they were divided into the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group according to the random number table method,and there were 34 cases in each group,and the above-mentioned two groups was given Senna preparation and conventional western medicine.The clinical effect,various renal function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and total cure rate in the Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those of the western medicine group,and the differences were significant(P＜0.05).The renal function indexes such as serum creatinine,1 h urinary red blood cell excretion rate,24-hour urinary protein quantification,urea nitrogen,albumin,blood β2microglobulin in the Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those of the western medicine group with significant differences(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group(5.88%)was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group(20.59%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Community Senna preparation treating acute nephritis can significantly improve the children′s renal function indicators,contribute to the improvement of clinical efficacy,and has a higher safety,and it should be widely promoted.
