布地奈德联用孟鲁司特对儿童哮喘的临床效果分析

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Budesonide combined with Montelukast on pulmonary function,immune function and growth of children with asthma.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected and were divided into observation group and control group,according to ramdom number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was received regular oral administration of Montelukast,sodium chewable tablets 5 mg/tablet,taking 5 mg every night before going to bed,the observation group were inhaled a small dose of Budesonide nasal spray on the basis of the control group,the two groups were used continuously for 1 year.Then the lung function,the level of IgM,IgG and IgA,the changes of CD4+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+after intervention and the height growth rate,weight gain and bone mineral content after intervention were compared.ResultsAfter intervention,FEV1in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05）,and FEV1/FVC level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05）.After intervention,IgM,IgG and IgA levels in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05）,After intervention,the levels of CD4+and CD8+in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05）,and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+was greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05）.The height growth rate in the observation group was slower than that in the control group (P＜0.05）.The body weight growth rate in the observation group was slower than that in the control group (P＜0.05）,the bone mineral content in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion For children with asthma,inhaling a small dose of Budesonide for a long time can effectively improve the children′s lung function and body′s immune capacity,but it can have an impact on the body′s growth and development,so the clinical use should pay attention to the advantages and disadvantages.
