46例儿童布鲁菌病的流行病学特征及临床分析

Abstract Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and clinical analysis of 46 children with brucellosis.Methods A total of 46 children patients with brucellosis who were diagnosed in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2015 were selected.The epidemiological data,clinical manifestations and auxiliary examination characteristics of children patients were summarized.The complicationsm epidemiologym morbiditym and treatment of all children patients were analyzed.Results The incidence rate of complications was the highest in bronchitis with a total of 26.0%.Among them,the incidence rate of upper respiratory tract infection,left hip arthritis,liver damage,acute myositis and Klebsiella pneumoniae was 2.2%.Fever accounted for the largest proportion,with a total of 22 cases,and a total of 47.8%;hyperhidrosis was in 6 cases,accounting for 13.0%.Fatigue and chills were in 5 cases,accounting for 10.8%.There were 4 cases of joint pain and hepatomegaly,and the incidence rate was 8.7%.In the results of treatment,the healing rate accounted for 69.6%,the significant effect was 26.1%,the effective rate was 4.3%,and the invalidity rate was 0.0%.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of brucellosis are diverse.diagnosis of blood cultures in the patients with unexplained fever for a long period of time and early treatment can control the early development of the disease and improve clinical treatment effect.
