婴幼儿反复喘息发作与血清25-羟维生素D3、IL-10、IgE水平的研究

Abstract Objective To explore the correlation between recurrent wheezing attacks and serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3,IL-10 and IgE levels in infants.Methods Fifty cases of recurrent wheezing infants and young children treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy children were selected as the control group for the same period.The serum levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D3,IL-10 and IgE were detected in the two groups,and the results of the test were compared.Results IgE(161.32±24.26)IU/ml in the observation group was higher than that of the control group.IL-10(25.03±6.49)pg/ml and serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3(47.36±15.42)nmol/L were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion Recurrent wheezing in infants is associated with the levels of IL-10,IgE and serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3.The prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in children with recurrent wheezing in the region is common.Vitamin D supplementation can be used as a supplementary treatment for children with recurrent wheezing and may reduce the risk of eventual development of asthma.
