内镜下给药结合柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopy combined with Sulfasalazine Enteric-Coated Tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 100 cases of ulcerative colitis in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the test group by random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Sulfasalazine Enteric-Coated Tablets only.The test group was treated with endoscopy combined with oral Sulfasalazine Enteric-Coated Tablets,and the overall clinical efficacy,albumin and hemoglobin index improvement and adverse reactions were observed.Results The recurrence rate of the test group after endoscopic treatment and reexamination was lower than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the groups.The effective rate of the patients in the test group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05）;the levels of albumin and hemoglobin of the test group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ulcerative colitis by endoscopy combined with Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets is clinically significant.The main symptoms of the patients are obviously improved and there is no obvious recurrence.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
