踝关节矫形托在脑损伤致足下垂及足内翻偏瘫患者治疗中的应用价值

Abstract Objective To investigate the curative effect of ankle orthopedic brace on foot drop and hemiplegic foot varus caused by brain injury.Methods From January 20,2014 to January 20,2017,80 patients with foot drop and cubitus varus hemiplegia caused by brain injury admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects.They were divided into routine group and experimental group,by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy plus ankle orthopedic support,while the routine group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy.All patients were followed up for 1 year.the motor function score,daily life activity score,walking speed,6 min walking distance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of motor function and activity of daily life in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of motor function and activity of daily life in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the walking speed and 6 min walking distance between the two groups(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the walking speed and 6 min walking distance of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the walking speed and 6 min walking distance of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The patients′total satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to take ankle joint orthotic support intervention for patients with foot drop and cubitus varus hemiplegia caused by brain injury.it can significantly improve the patients'motor function and their ability of daily living activities,and the effect is better.
