异甘草酸镁治疗肾综合征出血热肝损害患者的效果分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate on patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.MethodsA total of 60 patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome treated in our hospital from June 2015 to April 2017 were selected as subjects of this study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random assignment method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The patients in the observation group were treated with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy in the treatment of more than half,the change of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)aspartate amino acid transferase(AST)in the serum before and after treatment and the average treatment time of the two groups of patients were compared.ResultsIn the treatment of more than half,the therapeutic efficiency of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,the levels of ALT and AST in the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT and AST in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group,and the average treatment time was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is based on the general treatment.The treatment of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate can improve the total effective rate of the treatment,improve the liver function and improve the rehabilitation rate,and be worthy of clinical application.
