股骨颈加压锁定骨板与空心拉力螺钉治疗青年股骨颈骨折的效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the effects of femoral neck compression locking bone plate and cannulated compression screw in the treatment of young femoral neck fracture.Methods A total of 60 cases of young femoral neck fractures undergoing surgeries from January 2013 to March 2016 in the Fifth Afiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College(Zhuhai)were selected and divided into the observation group(34 patients)and the control group(26 patients)according to their surgical intention.The observation group was treated with femoral neck compression locking bone plate,the control group was treated with cannulated compression screw.The operative time,intraoperative bleeding volume,fracture healing time,the postoperative hip joint function score (Harris hip score)after 6 months and 12 months,the incidence of postoperative complications were compared.Results The oprerative time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,while the intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group was more than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The postoperative fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the Harris hip score for 6 months after surgery and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in Harris score between the two groups for 12 months after surgery (P＞0.05).Conclusion Femoral neck compression locking plate in the treatment of youth femoral neck fracture can reduce fracture healing time,achieve early functional exercise and less complications.This technique is worthy of clinical application.
