Influences of different doses of dexmedetomidine on maintenance of spontaneous breathing recovery time, recovery time of directional power and incidence of adverse reactions during anesthesia maintenance
AbstractObjective To explore the influences of different doses of dexmedetomidine on maintenance of spontaneous breathing recovery time, recovery time of directional force and incidence of adverse reactions during anesthesia maintenance. Methods 60 patients treated in our hospital from March 2017 to Feburary 2018 were selectes as the subject, and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method. The control group was given dexmedetomidin 1 ug/kg,the observation group was given right metomomidine 0.5 ug/kg.The spontaneous breathing recovery, recovery time, orientation recovery time, extubation time,Ramsay sedation score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of spontaneous breathing recovery time, orientation recovery time and extubation time(P>0.05).The awakening time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the Ramsay sedation score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The selection of 0.5 ug/kg right metoomidin should be of high clinical value in surgical treatment. It can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions on the basis of shortening the awakening time.It is worth applying and popularizing.
