经宫腔镜输卵管插管治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic tubal intubation in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility.MethodsSixty patients with tubal obstruction infertility who treated in our hospital June 15,2015 to June 18,2015 were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods.30 cases of the observation group(treated with hysteroscopic fallopian tube intubation),30 cases of the control group(treated with normal oviduct).The rate of tubal patency,incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative pregnancy rate were compared in the two groups of patients.ResultsThe rate of tubal patency of the patients in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The postoperative pregnancy rate of patients in the observation group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than 30.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionHysteroscopic tubal cannulation is effective in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility,not only can improve the obstruction,but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve the postoperative pregnancy rate,clinical application and promotion.
