医用臭氧水灌洗法与痛点注射法联合使用治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of medical ozone water lavage and pain point injection combined treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods120 knee osteoarthritis patients from February 2015 to January 2016 of our hospital were selected as study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment,each group was 60 cases.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection in the knee joint cavity.The observation group was treated with medical ozone water lavage combined with pain point injection.The pain situation,knee joint condition after treatment for 1,4 and 12 weeks,and clinical efficacy after treatment for 12 months were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe VAS pain scores of the observation group at fourth weeks and 12 weeks were lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05),and the knee joint score of the first,fourth week was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionMedical ozone water lavage combined with pain point injection treating knee osteoarthritis with the significant clinical effec,which is worth popularizing and using in clinical practice.
