护理干预对ICU患者难免压疮的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the pressure sore of patients in intensive care unit (ICU).Methods 86 patients with high-risk decubitus ulcerstreated with ICU from February 2014 to July 2016 were selected to carry out a control research,who were divided into observation group (n=43) and control group (n=43).The control group was given routine clinical intervention,while the observation group was given nursing intervention.The observation indexes included the incidence of pressure sores,the changes of life quality scores before and after intervention and the degree of nursing satisfaction.SPSS 20.0 version software was used to examine the differences between the two groups.Results There were 2 cases in the observation group and 3 cases in the control group,respectively,because of the death from the study.The incidence of pressure sore in observation group was much lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the QOL scores in each dimension of the observation group were much higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction degree between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In ICU patients with inevitable pressure sores,nursing intervention can not only reduce the incidence of pressure sores,but also improve the quality of life and enhance the satisfaction of patients.
