综合护理干预措施对功能失调性子宫出血患者的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect and the satisfaction of patients to nursing of comprehensive nursing intervention on patientswith dysfunctional uterine bleeding.MethodsSixty patientswith dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from January to November 2017 were selected as the research object.Random number table method was used to divide them into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.All patientswere treated with benoite tablets and kangfuling capsules.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing interventionmeasures on the basis of routine nursing.The bleeding time,clinical efficacy and satisfaction of patients with nursing care in two groups were compared.ResultsThe bleeding hemostasis time([3.47±1.26])d in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group([5.22±2.14])d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.859,P=0.000).The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differencewas statistically significant(P＜0.05).During the nursing period,2 cases of urethral bacterial infection were found in the control group,with the infection rate of 6.67%,while no infection occurred in the observation group,with the infection rate of 0.00%,therewas no significant difference in infection rate between the two groups　(χ2=2.069,P=0.150).Overall satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively shorten the hemostasis time and improve the clinical efficacy of patientswith dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and the patients are satisfied with the nursing effect.It isworthy of clinical application.
