益气活血、燥湿化痰中药联合西医常规疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中后遗症的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue,Dempness and phlegm dissipating traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in treating the sequela of ischemic cerebral apoplexy.MethodsA total of 91 cases of ischemic stroke sequelae patients admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group　(46 cases)and the control group　(45 cases).The control group was adopted the routine Western medicine treatment regimen,and the observation group was based on the treatment plan of Yiqi Huoxue and and comparing the clinical effects of the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate was 89.13%,higher than 71.11%in the control group　(P＜0.05）.The total blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen content of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion yiqi huoxue approaches for the patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy sequel,dampness and phlegm dissipatring combined Chinese traditional medicine western medicine treatment,effectively improve the efficiency of patients at the same time help to improve the liquidity,the blood is worth popularizing clinically，
