| The Treatment of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Osteosynthesis for Middle Humeral Shaft Fracture |

Abstract ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous osteosynthesis (MIPO)treatment for middle humeral shaft fracture and postoperative bone metabolism indicators.Methods82 patients with middle humeral shaft fracture who admitted in the department of orthopedics in our hospital from April 2015 to February 2017,The random number grouping method was divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(42 cases),the control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive bone plate.The clinical efficacy and bone metabolism indicators after 6 months two groups were compared.ResultsAfter 6 months of treatment,BGP,PICP and PTH level of bone metabolism in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,CTX was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);Constant-Murley function score and Mayo score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the pain score (VAS pain score)was lower.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of minimally invasive percutaneous osteosynthesis for middle humeral shaft fracture is effective,which can better improve limb function and recovery.This treatment is worth promoting.
