不同手术方式治疗白内障的效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of different surgical methods in the treatment of cataract.MethodsFrom October 2015 to October 2016,175 cataract patients treated in Mudanjiang Aier Ophthalmology Hospital and the First Branch of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University were selected as the subjects,and divided into ultrasonic group(86 cases)and non-ultrasound group(89 cases)according to the willing of patients.Ultrasonic emulsification was adopted in patients with ultrasound group,and the patients with non ultrasonic group were treated with small incision and non phacoemulsification.The recovery of visual acuity,astigmatism,the number of corneal endothelial cells and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe recovery of visual acuity in patients of non-ultrasound group at 1stwas better than that in the ultrasound group.The incidence rate of corneal edema and rupture of suspension ligament of non-ultrasound group was lower than that in ultrasound group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionSmall incision and non phacoemulsification have better postoperative rehabilitation,and effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
