Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Compound Huangqin Mouthwash in the treatment of bacteria-infected stomatitis.MethodsFrom September 2016 to September 2017,84 patients with bacteria-infected stomatitis who were admitted to the department of stomatology in our hospital were selected as the subject.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was given nystatin tablets,and the observation group was given Compound Huangqin Mouthwash on the basis of this.The oral condition,NRS score and satisfaction were compared and observed between the two groups.ResultsThe number of oral microbes in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the situation of stomatitis after treatment was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in NRS scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NRS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of Compound Huangqin Mouthwash in the treatment of stomatitis can achieve a favorable therapeutic effect,improve the patient′s pain index,and improve patients′satisfaction.
