妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退症对妊娠结局的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome.MethodsNinety cases of pregnancy with subclinical hypothyroidism(SCH)in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group.At the same time,95 cases of healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.Two groups of maternal serum samples were collected respectively.Serum free thyroxine　(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone　(TSH)and thyroid peroxidase antibody　(TPOAB)levels in serum were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay.And give the corresponding treatment.ResultsThe incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension,premature rupture of membranes,postpartum hemorrhage and anemia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the incidence of gestational diabetes,intrahepatic cholestasis,abortion,and hypoproteinemia in the two groups　(P＞0.05).The incidence of fetal intrauterine distress and fetal intrauterine growth restriction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference　(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the incidence of low birth weight infants,fetal malformation and neonatal asphyxia in the two groups　(P＞0.05).ConclusionSubclinical hypothyroidism of pregnancy has an obvious adverse effect on pregnancy outcome,and corresponding clinical intervention should be carried out to reduce the result of bad pregnancy.
