黄芪益气汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Huangqi Yiqi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.MethodsEighty-five patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to People′s Hospital of Gaoyao District in Zhaoqing City from March 2014 to January 2017 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into：observation group(42 cases)and control group(43 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with Omeprazole,Colloidal Pectin Bismuth and Amoxicillin on the basis of general treatment.The patients in the observation group were given Huangqi Yiqi Decoction,Omeprazole and Colloidal Pectin Bismuth on the basis of general treatment.The total effective rate of clinical curative effect,the total effective rate of gastroscope curative effect,the clearance rate of Helicobacter Pylori infection,the biopsy pathology and the quantification of chronic atrophic gastritis symptoms were observed.ResultsAfter treatment,the total effective rate of clinical curative effect,the total effective rate of gastroscopy,the total effective rate of biopsy pathological treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HP infection clearance between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment and follow-up six months,the observation group of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis symptom score were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionHuangqi Yiqi Decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,have a certain role in eradicating HP infection,and the long-term effect is good,worthy of clinical promotion.
