氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片辅助治疗冠状动脉介入术后心绞痛的效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of application of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the adjuvant treatment of angina after coronary artery intervention.MethodsFifty-six patients with angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention from September 2015 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number tablemethod,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsBefore treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in treatment-related scores(P＞0.05).After treatment,the treatmentrelated scores of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The related scores of the two groups of patients after treatmentwere higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).ConclusionApplication of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets achieves better effect in the adjuvant treatment of angina after coronary artery intervention,significantly improves angina symptoms and promotes quick recovery of the disease in patientswith high safety,which provides effective guarantee for the prognosis.
