刺络放血联合中药外敷在痛风关节炎临床护理中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore and analyze the clinical nursing effect and significance of blood-letting therapy combined with external-application of Chinese herbs on gout arthritis.Methods A total of 80 gouty arthritis patients were selected from April 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional nursing method,and the observation group was treated by external application of puncture bloodletting traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group method.The effect of the two groups after nursing was compared.Results There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).The pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of blood-letting therapy and external-application of traditional Chinese herbs can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in patients with acute gouty arthritis.The reliability,safety,and patient satisfaction on nursing are all relatively higher compared with the conventional mode,which is worthy of application and promotion.
