| The application effect of detail nursing care in operating room |

Abstract Objective To study the application effect of detail nursing care in operating room.Methods From January to November 2017,110 patients who needed surgery were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing in the operating room,while the observation group was given detailed nursing on the basis of routine nursing in operating room and the nursing quality scores and patient satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The nurses′mastery rate of patients′illness,qualified rate of basic nursing,health education and propaganda rate and satisfaction rate of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of detailed nursing care in operating room care is better,and the nursing quality score and patient satisfaction can be significantly improved,thereby improving the compliance of nursing care and ensuring the smooth operation.
