AbstractObjective To observe the effect of comfortable nursing in the whole operation of thoracic surgery.Methods From July 2015 to July 2017,86 patients with pulmonary lobectomy were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the nursing methods selected by the patients,43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given whole-course nursing in the operating room,while the patients in the experimental group were given comfortable nursing on the basis of nursing in the control group.The anxiety and nursing coordination degree before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in HAMA score between the two groups(P＞0.05).The HAMA score of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than that before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).HAMA score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The degree of nursing cooperation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the whole operation of thoracic surgery,comfortable nursing can effectively relieve the anxiety of patients and improve the nursing coordination so as to enhance the nursing effect,which is helpful to the patients′treatment and recovery.It is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
