孟鲁司特钠联合妥洛特罗贴治疗慢性咳嗽患儿的效果及对血清IgE水平的影响

Abstract Objectives To investigate the effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Tolobuterol Patch in the treatment of children with chronic cough and the effect on serum IgE level.Methods A total of 70 children with chronic cough treated in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tolobuterol Patch.The children in the experimental group were treated with Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the control group,and the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of serum IgE level and the curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.43%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.43%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).But there was no significant difference in serum IgE level between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the serum IgE level of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the serum IgE level of the children in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time of relieving and disappearing cough in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Based on the application of Tolobuterol Patch,the combined use of Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of children with chronic cough can significantly improve the serum level of IgE,has a more significant effect,also helps to alleviate cough remission time and vanishing time,suitable for clinical use.
