腹腔镜下子宫腺肌瘤病灶切除术的临床分析

Abstract Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with adenomyosis.Methods 40 patients with adenomyosis who underwent surgeries in our hospital from December 2015 to June 2017 were enrolled.They were evenly divided into control group and treatment group by a mathematical random list.In the control group,abdominal endometrioma lesionectomy was used,while in the treatment group,laparoscopic endometrioma lesionectomy was adopted.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,satisfaction on surgical treatment of adenomyosis,surgical effect,rate of recurrence after surgery,frequency of visiting hospital due to postoperative recurrence,and hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the treatment group were both shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The intraoperative blood loss was(32.56±5.17)ml,less than that in the control group(109.54±21.70)ml,(P＜0.05).In the treatment group,the total satisfaction on surgical treatment of adenomyosis was 95.0%,and the total effectiveness rate of surgical treatment was also 95.0%,much higher than those in the control group accounting for 80.0%and 75.0%respectively,which were displayed statistical significance(P＜0.05).The cost of hospitalization in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The rate of postoperative recurrence and frequency of visiting hospital due to postoperative recurrence in the treatment group were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Adenomyosis patients using laparoscopic surgery for removal can shorten the operation and postoperative recovery time,minimize the amount of intraoperative bleeding,and effectively ameliorate the symptoms of adenomyosis,and improve the treatment effect,economic benefits,and patient′s satisfaction simultaneously.
