缩宫素联合葡萄糖酸钙和卡前列腺素氨丁三醇预防产后出血的临床分析

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of precaution postpartum hemorrhage by Oxytocin combined with Calcium Gluconate and Carboprost Tromethamine.Methods A total of 100 puerperae treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into two groups by random paper grouping method,50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Carboprost Tromethamine and control group was treated with Oxytocin combined with Calcium Gluconate.The contraction effect,blood loss after 2,24 h,postpartum hemorrhage rate,third stage labor timeand the incidence of adverse reactions of puerperae in the two group were detected.Results The good contract rate of puerperae in the observation group was higher than control group,the blood loss after 2,24 h in the observation group were fewer than control group,third stage labor time in the observation group was less than control group,postpartum hemorrhage rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than control group,the differences were statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Oxytocin combined with Calcium Gluconate and Carboprost Tromethamine in puerpera,which could increase good contract result,decrease postpartum hemorrhage and incidence of adverse reactions,it is worth to be used.
