头颈部肿瘤同期放化疗全程营养管理的临床观察

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of whole-process nutrition management on concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy and influence on the nutritional status before and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with head and neck neoplasm.Methods A total of 66 patients with head and neck tumors treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in our department from January 2014 to November 2017 were divided into observation group and control group by a random number table,33 cases in each group.In the control group,the clinical routine method was used,in the observation group,the whole-process nutrition management was provided during and one month after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The radiochemotherapy efficacy and nutritional status before and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the observation group was 93.9%,significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 72.7%(χ2=5.345,P=0.021).Before radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the nutritional indicators of the two groups were not displayed statistical significance after comparison(P＞0.05).At the end of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the indicators such as body mass,hemoglobin,albumin,and prealbumin were lower than those before radiotherapy,but these nutritional indicators in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group during the same period,which were displayed statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The whole-process nutrition management can improve the nutritional status of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with head and neck tumors,ensure the compliance of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and is beneficial to enhancing the clinical efficacy.
