无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除胃息肉的疗效

Abstract Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of high-frequency electrocoagulation on the removal of gastric polyps under painless gastroscope.Methods A total of 110 patients performed resection of gastric polyps treated in our hospital from August 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects,and divided into conventional group and painless grou according to different treatment methods,55 cases in each group.In the conventional group,clip during biopsy was used,while in the painless group,high-frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscope was adopted.The clinical therapeutic effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe clinical effectiveness rate in the painless group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hospital stay in the painless group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of clinical complications in the painless group was lower than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with gastric polyp,high-frequency electrocoagulation resection under painless endoscope can obtain a remarkable therapeutic effect in a low incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
