系统护理对胃溃疡患者生活质量及生活习惯的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing on the quality of life and habits of patients with gastric ulcer.MethodsA total of 86 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to January 2018 were divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases)according random number table method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while those in the observation group were given systematic nursing.SAS,SDS,QOL and Barthel scores were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were(40.1±4.3)points and (41.3±3.9)points respectively after treatment,while those in the control group were(55.7±5.3)points and(53.7±5.1)points respectively after treatment.The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no difference in QOL score and Barthel score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the QOL score and Barthel score of the observation group were (91.7±6.5)points and (90.3±7.7)points respectively,while the QOL score and Barthel score of the control group were(71.3±5.9)points and(73.9±7.5)points respectively,the QOL score and Barthel score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction and total effective rate of the observation group were 95.35%and 97.67%respectively,and the satisfaction and total effective rate of the control group were 81.40%and 86.05%respectively,the satisfaction and total effective rate of the observation were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statiscally sigmficant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of gastric ulcer patients,improve the quality of life of patients,so as to cultivate healthy living habits of patients,has clinical significance.
