综合护理干预对扁桃体切除术后严重出血患者的效果分析

Abstract Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with severe bleeding after tonsillectomy.Methods From January 2015 to October 2017,56 patients who underwent tonsillectomy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The causes of postoperative severe bleeding in all participants were analyzed.Comprehensive nursing intervention was provided and the clinical effect before and after intervention was observed.Results After the intervention,the patient′s pain score was lower than before with a significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the patient′s satisfaction with service was higher than before and the postoperative re-bleeding rate was lower compared with intervention before,which were displayed statistical significance(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the quality of daily life of the patients after the intervention was higher than before with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe bleeding after tonsillectomy,application of comprehensive nursing intervention obtains satisfactory effects.It is feasible to reduce the rate of re-bleeding,relieve patients′pain,and improve the quality of daily life of patients to some extent.The value of clinical promotion is extremely high.
